JOSEFINA O. MILANES, 81 Josefina O. Milanes, 81, died November 21, 2011, at the Northwest Hospital in Seattle, Washington, USA. She was born September 18, 1930 in Agoo, La Union, Philippines to the late Pedro and Basilia Orencia. She was the oldest of 8 children, known as *Sofing* to many of her relatives and friends. Sofing married the late Simeon D. Milanes who passed away on October 14, 1990. She was a public school teacher for over 30 years and enjoys cooking, gardening and sewing. Sofing is survived by her 5 children, son and daughter in laws, Abida/Heling (Abdul Ghulam), Sammy (Ampy), Mely (Edward), Junior (Belen) and Josie (Curt); 9 grandchildren ; 6 great grandchildren; 4 brothers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may see her at Personal Alternative Memorial home at 749 Central Ave North, Kent, Washington on Friday, November 25 from 5pm to 7pm and on November 29 at 515 Resurrection St. Saint Gregory Village, Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. Burial will be in Santo Rosario Memorial Park in Antipolo, Rizal.
