Delores Thomas

Delores Thomas, died at her home in Seattle, Washington, on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Delores had been in declining health and passed peacefully.
 
Born on May 31,1944 in Ogden, Utah. Delores first moved to Springfield, Oregon with her husband Ben in 1973 and moved to Seattle, Washington in 1997. Delores last worked at Planned Parenthood where she retired in 2013.
 
Delores was feisty, funny, sassy, bold, loving, and brutally honest. She embraced her 5’8 height adding more inches when wearing her favorite high heel shoes. Like any good scout during her years in Springfield, she was prepared for anything while packing her favorite 22 caliber pistol. Delores was an excellent cook, great dancer, and a classy lady.
 
Delores will be lovingly remembered by her five children, Rosella, Deirdre, Jeff, Ravi, and Dwayne, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
