Ha Luong 82 of 9322 Beacon Ave S. Renton Washington. Passed away on June 28, 2024 at Hallmark Manor Nursing Home from Senile degeneration of the brain over years.
Ha was born in Saigon South Vietnam on September24, 1941 to Parents (Father) Tu Luong and (Mother) Da Thi Nguyen of Saigon.(Deceased)
After 12 Years of school Ha got Married in September of 1962 to Hang Pham of Saigon. Over the next few years they had 7 children,Thuy (Luong) Hoskinson of Yukon OK. Van Luong of Renton Wa., Hanh Luong of Covington Wa. Dung Luong Of Kent Wa. Thuy Luong of Kent Wa., Cuong Luong of Sea Tac Wa. And Triet Luong of Renton Wa. Twelve grandchildren, and 4 Great grandchildren.
Ha Joined the south Vietnam army in 1962 and helped the US during the Vietnam war with North Vietnam. After the US Left in 1975 Ha stayed in Vietnam and the North Vietnamese put him in Prison for helping the US during the War; for over eight years.
When Ha got out of prison in 1983, Ha worked cleaning hotels until 1993 when he came to the US with his wife and 4 of their Children. Eventually all his children and their Spouses and grandchildren made it to the US. Ha worked in the US for over 20 years as a custodian in the Renton school district.
Ha got divorced in 2011 from Hang Pham and went back to Vietnam where he was re-married to Ha Thi Thu Nguyen of South Vietnam. Ha and his wife came back to the US in 2017. Ha spent the next 7 years in and out of Nursing Homes and the Hospital.
Ha Luong will be deeply missed and will be in everyone’s Heart and thoughts forever.
