Keith Kenley Hiebert, 59, of Bonney Lake, Washington, peacefully went to sleep in Jesus on Saturday, February, 9, 2013. He was born to Artwell Chester Hiebert and Lorraine (Brittemart Prall) Hiebert in Wrangell, Alaska, November 8, 1953. Just a few days old the family flew home to Vank Island in a SeaBee airplane. He always said this was the start of his love for airplanes. He graduated in 1972 from Walla Walla Valley Academy. He trained with Art Stubbs in auto body for 2 years before opening his own auto body shop. He married Selene Chapin and they had one son Lorance Hiebert together in 1981. They were only married about a year. He was owner of KH Body and Paint for 20 years. He owned LeConte RV Park in Petersburg, Alaska, where he had year round renters and seasonal renters from all over the world. Flying was his passion and he owned 18 different airplanes over the years. He loved traveling and old cars. He had a talent for writing and wrote one book Coming Home. Coming Home is about many of his flying experiences. He married Jane Michalek, June 1996. They lived in Petersburg, Alaska until September 1998. Then along with Psiette the poodle they moved to Bonney Lake, Washington. They opened 2 Curves franchises, providing a facility where many ladies made positive health changes and became healthier. They owned both for a total of 10 ½ years. He was an active member at the Bonney Lake Seventh day Adventist church. He is survived by his wife Jane Hiebert; one brother Merwyn Hiebert of Buckley, Washington; his son Lorance Hiebert of Des Moines, Washington; his step mom Betty Hiebert of Gresham, Oregon. He was preceded in death by both his parents and two sisters, Dylene Siaw and Cheryl Anderson. His memorial service will be Saturday, March 9 at 3pm at Bonney Lake Seventh day Adventist Church 11503 214 th Ave E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. Memorial contributions may be made to the Benevolence fund in memory of K Hiebert at the same church. Cards can be sent to the family home at PO Box 8156, Bonney Lake, WA 98391.
