The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal requirements mean you must buy any item(s) you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services selected.

The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with the products sold with this funeral service, are the expressed written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof. Serenity Memorial Group, LLC D/B/A Personal Alternatives hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to all such products, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment is due in full at the time of arrangement, or 72 hours before the first scheduled viewing. Payments may be made by cash, cashier’s check, credit card or insurance assignment.  

A. Direct cremation with container provided by purchaser - $840.00

B. Direct cremation with alternative container - $890.00

C. Direct cremation with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket) - $840.00

*Note: If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard containers.

The Natural Process... Water Cremation, by Aquamation, is a more natural, ethical and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional cremation. It uses water instead of fire to return a body to nature. The decomposition process taking place is called Alkaline Hydrolysis, which is the same natural way in which a human or animal returns to nature if buried without a coffin in the soil, or placed in a flowing stream of water. Water Cremation, by Aquamation, is a non-burn process more like natural decomposition than any other method since the same natural decomposition of tissue occurs, just at a faster rate.  

A. Immediate burial with container provided by purchaser - $890.00

B. Immediate burial with alternative container (Minimum Particle Board Flannel - $699.00) - $1589.00

C. Immediate burial with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket) - $890.00

Above fee also includes: Transfer of remains from the place of death to the mortuary and crematorium (*Note if burial see below); cremation casket (for cremation only); coordination of all Memorial Service details including attendance at the Memorial Service; composition and placement of press notices (print charges not included).

Transfer of remains from place of death to the mortuary and crematorium or graveside; dressing (if required) and personal care of the remains; coordination of all Funeral Service details including our staff to direct and assist with the Funeral Service; and placement of press notices (print charges not included); use of hearse. Casket of choice is not included.

 Transfer of remains from place of death to the mortuary and crematorium or graveside; embalming; dressing and personal care of the remains; viewing in our facility or church one hour prior to the funeral (*See note below); coordination of all Funeral Service details including our staff to direct and assist with the Funeral Service; composition and placement of press notices (print charges not included); use of hearse. Casket of choice is not included.Note: Viewing day or evening prior to Funeral Service including staff attendance will be charged in addition to the Funeral Service fee. Above fee also includes: Transfer of remains from place of death to the mortuary and common carrier (i.e. airport); embalming; dressing and personal care of the remains.Not included: Viewing; rites or funeral prior to forwarding remains; shipping container; air tray; casket; any shipping charges (see itemized fees for services required). 

This fee includes arrangement conference in our facility; staff consultation; administration and receiving areas; shelter of remains; transfer of remains from common carrier to our facility; personal care of remains.

Not included: Viewing; rites or funeral after receiving remains; casket (see itemized fees for services required).
